RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For items that are not described as 'pre-order', BTB Studios offers returns for store credit (gift card). Returns are subject to the following criteria.
- Return requests must be received within 5 business days of orders being delivered.
- Returned item(s) must be in original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn). This includes the original packaging. Returned item(s) must be in saleable condition, including being free from any odour or a condition other than new.
- Items which do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense.
BTB Studios does not offer refunds for items unless considered faulty under relevant Australian Consumer Law.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are described as 'pre-order' cannot be returned unless considered faulty under relevant Australian Consumer Law.
These items are made specifically for the customer with inventory allocated in advance. Hence, returns for change of mind or incorrect size are not possible.
FAULTY GOODS
BTB Studios will endeavour to rectify all manufacturing faults and breaches of the implied warranties under Australian Consumer Law in a timely manner.
In the event of a faulty garment, BTB Studios will first seek to repair the garment. If repair is not possible, BTB Studios will replace the garment, subject to available stock. If a replacement is not available or possible, BTB Studios will grant a full refund for the value of the order.
REFUSED AND UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is refused or not collected from a post outlet, your order will be returned to sender. We will contact you once we receive your return to attempt delivery again. Upon request, you may be refunded the value of your order excluding original and return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
